BEWARE OF JULIA KODIS!!. Do not live in any of these buildings especially Rock River Apts. They are infested with bugs, mice, and have leaks that they never fix. There is no way there is not mold in the walls. During the winter they let the heat fall lower then the legal limit and have had NUMEROUS violations. When you reach out their either do not answer or blame the resident. They do not get try and prevent risky conditions, such as snow and ice, they do NOT put up signs causing residents to fall and break limbs. When asked to please put down salt or sand they say that it is the residence fault for using the exit. Julia Kodis is the most incompetent and rude person I have ever come into contact with. How this woman still has a job is incomprehensible.

I live at one of their properties in Rego Park. At this location we have had multiple cases of package theft. I had many of my package stolen. However, when I tried to speak to the building super and/or president, they keep telling me there is nothing they can do! Seriously? Why then do we have cameras all over the place? I simply requested to view the cameras as I know exactly when my package was delivered and then stolen. They keep telling me there is nothing they can do. Why, as a paying tenant, I and many others have to go through this? We expect at minimum some level of safety and security! This company could not care less about the people they are supposed to serve!

Kaled is not a management company. it is a collection agency. the only thing they manage is their bank account. They are loaded with bunch of incompetent people that have no clue about what they are doing. Even 1 star is too much.

👎 The Management company does NOT operate efficiently in regards to owners in need of repairs that require work-orders and superintendent care for exterior. Roof leaks and sheetrock wall repair are neglected and, put off. Upon said completion, I hired a painter for interior and trusted Julies word that exteriir was complete. They DO NOT oversee job sights and take months and now years to get work orders generated. THE ROOF LEAK HAS CAUSED FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE WORK I COMPLETED ON INTERIOR. Julie whom was the manager at time of above said exterior that was not fixed efficiently for over 3 years now, has now said that Sebastian is the manager and I haven't heard back since sending multiple emails.
