We never felt pressured but at the same time, he was available at a moment's notice when we needed something. In addition to guiding us through finding the house we wanted, he managed the whole process from securing a mortgage to walk throughs and inspections. He made the process truly stress free. Kalani helped me in a lot of ways, from watching the sale of other houses in this complex, being honest about the complex and its crumbling foundation issues, to following up on items that the seller did not attend to in a most timely manner, and helped me rid of some of the items in the house that were not supposed to be left behind at the walk-thru. Was timely at answering text messages and emails send to him. Overall, Kalani is a very friendly and personable person to deal with. Definitely a 5-star rating from me! Thank you!

Kalani was absolutely awesome. Working with him made my first-time home-buying process possible. He had a strategy from the start for success and was relentless on the follow-up. He was instrumental in getting my loan through the gates to approval, following up on open items and chasing down the loan folks to make sure they were staying on top of it so that we could finally close. He was more than responsive, he adjusted to my schedule to make calls and viewings work around my hours, and enabled my decisions with data and guidance, but never pushing me in a direction I did not want to go. Highly recommend!
