Kalaeloa is beautiful!! The amenities and location is pretty convenient too. Their staff has been very helpful and very pleasant to talk to from the start, from the office staff to maintenance crew. Chad G who was our tour guide, was very detailed about each specific apartment complexes and unit. He kept us entertained with his jokes and stories during our tour. I mean c’mon, who doesn’t like jokes and stories right? It was very easy and fast to get our family into the apartment we wanted and for whatever questions or concerns we had, it was answered within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Kalaeloa to anyone who is looking to rent for convenience, location, and pet friendly environment.

We have had numerous maintenance issues recently. The maintenance crew and their response time has been extremely efficient! We are in awe of how quickly we receive their ability to fix, repair, replace things! Edwin especially has taken great care with us…we are so grateful! We have lived all over the world, and Kalaeloa Rental Homes is by far one of the best!!

I called here on Monday Morning and moved in on Thursday . When I first called ,a Gentlemen named Chad picked up . I explained our situation and he invited me to come in and tour a few Homes . From the moment we stepped out of his office I felt like I was on a profession Tour. He explained the Office and the people that work there and also the Facilities. How the pool and the Gym is used and taken care off and what the opening times where for the Facilities . He drove me , in a nice Air-conditioned van to the Houses I was interested in . There again , a very professional Tour of the houses with all the Info I could ever need . I needed to think which house is the one for us. There were all great .
