Warning: Don’t Rent from Kairos Living If you rent from Kairos, expect to get charged after move-out for painting, cleaning, and “turn fees” that aren’t your responsibility. I hired professional vendors to clean and paint, submitted all receipts, and still got billed $425 for painting, with no real invoice or breakdown. The “vendor” they used has no website, no phone, and is registered to a house. They refused to explain the charges and ignored my documentation. This is not just me, dozens of other tenants have reported the same thing. Avoid Kairos Living. Their move-out process is shady, and you will likely lose money unfairly. Rent somewhere else!

I went to self view one of the homes listed. The pictures on the website made it appear bright and airy. I was slightly let down after seeing that the property had only cosmetic changes done. Nothing deep or major. Opened one of the storage area doors and a few roaches scattered. Then there was this smell that I couldn’t quite place towards the back of the first floor. There was a strong stench in the kitchen and a strong ammonia odor in the lower bedroom. I felt extremely lightheaded after standing in the bedroom trying to figure out the smell only to go check out the back yard and came across the source of the odor. There is a busted sewer pipe at the back of the unit that is spilling out against the backside of the unit and under the wall. That is a huge health hazard and a huge NO on t

zero stars! I moved to 23 Hideaway lane in wetumpka 5 months ago, beautiful home. It took about $5000 to move in after having to pay double the rent, deposit and the purchase of a Jetty bond. Not to mention utilities, amenities fees, water and sewer that was charged through them on the resident portal. On February 10th a pipe exploded under the master bedroom sink while i was at work, i came home and the house was so flooded i lost everything. Kairos was already paid the $1904.00 rent on the first of the month. When i called them they sent a shade tree worker maintenance guy to fix the problem but only brought fans in the home to dry up the water. They told me to file it under my insurance claim. So i did! If you can walk away as fast as you can…this corporation doesn’t care about the tenants i had a horrible two years i lived with mice, spiders, scorpion's also had a rattlesnake in my kitchen because they would not fix anything thing in the home & if reported to them they would say thats not covered in the lease the definition of slum lord from hell if you can run away do so fast as you can ive also found black mold in the home experience ive had with kiaros living has left me mentally scorned for life and definitely still plan on contacting a lawyer for unlivable conditions i wish i could add everything in this review but i cant ill leave pics be careful who you rent from.ive been stung by scorpions I’ve caught pneumonia from mice droppings told these people they didnt care only wanted to

These are the worst people that i have everrrrr rented from. They are worse than slum lords. They lie lie lie just to get you to sign a lease and once you do the hell with you. They don't fix anything either I noticed all of my neighbors are breaking their lease. Now i see why.
