Scott Burton Is experienced in all aspects of home construction and this makes him a very knowledgeable inspector. I found him to be prompt and reliable in all respects. He was able to get into this property very quickly which was important because we had a tight time line. Most importantly, he was incredibly thorough considering this was a condo. We were locked out of 2 areas of the home because keys could not be found. He graciously agreed to return later to view those 2 areas and did not charge extra to come back. There was no detail that he did not examine and render an opinion on. His prices are excellent. I highly recommend him for your home inspection needs.
