From the start, their team was professional, communicative, and respectful of my home. They installed stunning recessed lighting that completely transformed the space and expertly painted all the walls with great attention to detail. The quality of their craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of the job, and they managed to complete everything much quicker than I anticipated. Five Stars does not do Kader Construction justice. Kader is that rare find of a spectacular general contractor and team. We were so delighted with our first addition (added about 1000sf, two stories, elevator and very beautiful high ceilings) that we went for a second addition. Superb workmanship, keen eye for detail, excellent reliability, and all at a more than fair price. We are trying to invent another idea just to have Jawad, his son, and the rest of the team back! Open door for anyone who is considering hiring Kader Construction and wants to see Kader's stellar work!

We have used Kader for 2 construction projects and could not be more pleased with their approach, craftsmanship and pricing. They are extremely talented builders who work closely with the architect and homeowner to achieve exactly the desired outcome. Even when a certain detail is built as-spec'd but it later is decided something needs to change either due to functionality or aesthetic, Kader does everything they can to make the change to ensure all sides leave happy. We have an will continue to use them for our building projects large and small. Kader does their best work when teamed with a competent architect or designer to ensure all questions and goals are properly achieved. Highly recommended.

Around 10 yrs ago my wife and I had the incredible fortune of meeting Jawad, Kader Construction for an addition on our house. Immediately we felt very comfortable with Jawad. After we chose Kader for the construction, he worked hand in hand with our Architect. Our house was quite complex as the existing house at that time was constructed using only concrete. No wood except the trusses in the attic. With all the complexities and issues that came up during the construction, Jawad was phenomenal in making the adaptions and improvements to the existing plans. The showcase being our Kitchen and entertaining area is a true work of Art! Jawad’s eye for architectural design is amazing. Every thing we’d planned on and the few things we added to the project were done both timely and Professionally.
