No regard for the condition of the building or for its residents. The entire building gets 2 washers and 2 dryers that rarely worked or were very expensive/quarter-operated only during a national coin shortage! My packages have been stolen more times than I can count, and my car was broken into with everything stolen. I was unable to get in contact with ANYONE for months. When I did, I was not given any help. The surveillance cameras are clearly fake. You're also directly across the street from a BU frat that had many protests and reporters after rampant sexual assaults. Overall, awful and unsafe place to live.

Rating: Avoid Ka Fai Management at all costs! Especially if your landlord is Tony Tam! If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Ka Fai Management and landlord Tony Tam was an absolute nightmare. From the very beginning, it was clear that Tony Tam is not fit to be a landlord. His lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant privacy and safety is appalling. First and foremost, Tony has a disturbing habit of showing up without any notice and entering our private bedrooms without permission. This is a blatant violation of tenant rights and an invasion of privacy. No one should have to deal with such an unprofessional and intrusive landlord. Avoid at all costs! They will lie in order to not give you back your security deposit. The apartments they manage are dirty and non-livable when they say they are "move in ready".

Terrible people who are trying to steal your money! Will take advantage of kind tenants. Stay away at all costs! Do not expect to get your security deposit back.

Worst management. Overcharge everything and the unit is terrible and overprice. Stay away from it. It’s not worth your money
