We’ve worked with Steve and his team for just over 5 years now, starting with them as a newly built condo community that transitioned from the builder to a property manager. Steve helped us bring order to the chaos, implementing comprehensive financial management and reporting while keeping the HOA fee growth very reasonable even in an inflationary environment. Steve has helped us accomplish quite a lot, from redoing a lot of landscaping, to identifying and bringing on more suitable and reliable vendors, to addressing repair needs. I am very pleased with the state of our community after 5 years and am grateful for the experience and knowledge of the KP Management team.

Thrilled that our HOA has returned to KP Management after using a different company for three years. The office staff immediately responded and addressed bookkeeping and community needs when I had issues. In two separate instances, Steve and office staff responded to emails and resolved problems within hours; in one case, a response was received late into the evening, demonstrating an attentiveness that exceeded expectations. KP Management is the very best thing that has happened to our Homeowners Association. We have contracted with this management company for years. They respond to our needs when we call....24/7.
