My wife and I recently purchased a home at Four Seasons. We couldn’t be happier with our new home! Our sales representative Dash Hernandez was attentive and transparent from day one, ensuring all our questions were answered and provided regular communication regarding all things at Four Seasons. The construction manager Frank kept us updated every step of the way with detailed walkthroughs and quick resolutions to any issues. Just closed on a new home here this week for my mother. From start to finish Ryan Noble and the team have been phenomenal helping every step of the way from inquiry (of which there were many!) to offer to closing. Buyer Beware!! If your planning on buyer a “Lake” view…. DON’T!! They are 100% rain water dependent. Khov has no idea what’s going on. Says the CDD is in charge. The CDD has NO idea what’s going on. It’s been 3 months of half filled lakes and it’s getting worse!! So much for buying a premium lot lake view. We are planning on selling.
