K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Parkland

Dealing with K.Hovianian was a miserable and costly experience. They attempted to force purchase performance a full five months ahead of contractual schedule and offered zero consideration. Further, they refused to communicate or negotiate in any way, instead pushing us up the food chain to multiple VPs that were uncooperative and bullying. You can read my full complaint at the BBB, which they have ignored. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company without outside representation. My grandma loves this development! She's so happy and loves the luxury and community and she always brags about how Chad one of their maintenance guys is always so sweet and courteous and always fixes everything in such a timely manner! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Beautiful models. Helpful sales staff. Reputable builder. Smaller zero lot line lots. Water/lagoon lots under impressive. Immediate, local area not completely developed yet. Only two lane road leading to and from development at this time.

As of now, we have not had a positive experience having a home built at K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Parkland, Florida. We will update this post periodically but wanted to share our experience. February 5, 2022: We signed a contract to purchase a home and same day received a welcome email to the HOV Family, which promised to keep us updated on the progress on our home and notifying us of key milestones. May 31, 2022: No updates from HOV, contacted our sales rep and requested a status update. She advised that our permit has not been issued and can take anywhere from 90 days to 4 months but will provide an update once she speaks to the permit manager. She also advised Parkland is only issuing 5 permits per month and once it is issued, we will hear from the Homeowner Service Coordinator

Model houses look very nice, but when you order to build your home you find out that you have to spend twice more money to match models because nice staff it is always upgrades.
