Gorgeous property. The leasing agent was super until we moved in... We discovered the washing machine was not installed properly. We asked for emergency repairs and was informed (in an extremely condescending manner) it wasn't an emergency and was told to take our laundry off property until they could get to repairing our machine. Three, yes 3, days later they got to it, tested it without clothes actually in it, declared it to be working and dismissed our work order. It was absolutely not fixed. When we pointed this out and did some research of the potential problem and shared pictures we were again told they would get to it when they can. Wow. I have never been spoken to in such a condescending manner in my life. Everything else so far is pretty cool. Here's hoping we can use our washing

I’ve been touring with multiple different apartment buildings this past month and I must say the Leasing Specialist here at Jute has been nothing but kind and informative. Thank you Vanessa! The process was straight forward and the units look great for the price. I’m very excited on how my stay here will be. Thank you again!

Great viewing, nice location

I’m on my second lease, because my experience here has been wonderful. The pricing has been reasonable considering the nice amenities, new construction, and incredibly friendly staff. Maintenance has been prompt and friendly. Jute has gone the extra mile any time I’ve needed some help. I literally recommend this building to people who mention they’re looking for a nicer apartment that doesn’t break the budget like we often see in Portland, which often times isn’t nearly as nice. Location is wonderful as well. Everything you need is walkable, and there’s tons of food, coffee, and beverage spots surrounding it. Highway access is within a minute of the building.

Staff was unpleasant to deal with. Their response to any issue was we need to speak to management and then do nothing. I had a leak the last month of my lease and it was never repaired. The parking system was a nightmare to deal with and very expensive.
