We called buyers first when we were looking for our new home, we had no idea about the buyer beware thing in NC but Jennifer took great care of us from the start till the close. We came down in a quick vacation Jennifer was so helpful and scheduled a lot of houses to look at they were going fast and we looked at a few homes . We then found out about new homes being built. We went bought and like I said if not for the help of Jennifer we would have been lost. She was super helpful and professional all the way and it took over a year. She stuck with us and was the best person to deal with we highly recommend this realtor if you want to be taken care of and protected in today market!

Scott often went out of his way to help us as we searched for our home in Wilmington, NC, while we were living out of town. He provided incredibly helpful virtual walkthroughs, pointed out important things he felt we would like to know about properties and their surrounding neighborhoods, and was always a patient and diplomatic liaison with selling agents - all in a real estate market that was absolutely bonkers (spring/summer 2022). Up front we told them we were also looking for a housing in Florida making a sale for them in Wilmington area uncertain. Even so they were very helpful and professional and showed us a number of houses, gave us listings for self directed searches, and guided our search to wonderful options we had not considered before. Lori Smith was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the process of buying, and always was there to answer questions. She worked with my wife and I around our schedules for about a month, doing some hardcore house shopping at weird hours whenever we were available. We were commuting 2 hours and 1 hour respectively to Wilmington, and as first time home buyers didn’t have a clue of what to look for. She found the perfect house in just the right area. We love our home and couldn’t have done it without Lori. She is an honest, trustworthy, hardworking person. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home in this area.
