Christopher Palmer is simply amazing. I have used many inspectors and he is the absolute best!! He has always exceeded my expectations and my customers as well. Chris is very thorough with his inspections. His communication, quality of service, attitude, customer service, work ethic, and turn-a-round time is impressive and outstanding. I am proud to use him as my inspector and confident that my customers will be pleased with his work. He was referred to me from one of my co-workers and she is all about using him as her go-to home inspector as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Just want to take a minute to rave about how great Jussslove home inspection service is! If you ever need a home inspection, these guys really made a great impression! Its been a long time since I have had people who care about their quality of work and helping the customer. Their price was fair and competitive, but their work was outstanding. They came in 2 people, documented everything, had drones, thermal sensors thermal cameras, all the equipment, but above all, great knowledge. They even helped me resolve some issues I was having with AC and my dryer! truly super work, and caring people!

TL; DR Unprofessional and questionable credibility. If your home is being inspected by this company read on. Some of his claims were simply inaccurate, like saying that our AC unit was missing a float valve switch. He just missed it; it is literally right above the filter. Some of his claims were false. Like saying that our near new windows and sliding doors were not in good working order. These are Miami-Dade County compliant, insulated impact windows and sliders that are less than 2 years old. They passed the city inspection, and they all work perfectly. This one stands out as a real concern for his credibility. To his credit, he did find things that needed repair (as all inspectors do). Chris was an awesome inspector! Not only did he do an incredibly thorough job of looking over every aspect of the home but he also took the time to explain issues he found and the procedures he was using during the inspection. He also went over some best practices that home owners should follow to properly maintain their home. I would highly recommend him!

Chris at jusSslove home inspections is amazing. Before purchasing my home he did the inspection and he was extremely thorough with his report he explained everything to me even gave me some suggestions and references. I then used to McGann when I need another inspection to change my homeowner's insurance where he was able to provide me with references to an insurance agent and supply me with quotes and help explain the process to me. He goes above and beyond, respond back quickly, is very thorough. Just amazing through-and-through and I will recommend him to anyone that I speak to and I will definitely be using him again in the future.
