Junker Realty Appraisal

Tell the bank you do not want him! Had I known I would have! He shows up , he goes way too fast, he’s haphazardly! Then a few days later when he’s running late getting the appraisal out. He text you and wants like 6-7photos that he forgot !!! And then he lowballs your appraisal!!! Terrible, terrible job. There are way better appraisals out there!

Please do not use them. Bad experience and they do not know what they are doing. Caught them valuing their friends higher than expected and for me and my family lower than expected. So much details to go into but the younger junker's avoided my phone calls. Old man Junker had attitude and talked down to me. I am a professional and have an MBA degree with many years running a hundreds of millions dollar company as Controller/Treasurer. Even Riddell Bank stated that my family was screwed. Therefore stay away from them. Not worth the money or the piece of paper it is written on. They are corrupt. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Please hire someone else other than them. The worst.

Very proffessional, they did a great job. I would use them again.
