Rebecca and the whole leasing office staff have been so incredible. We moved in almost two weeks ago and we're loving it here! They have been so responsive and understanding. I really dread moving, but Rebecca made this process so seamless and was there every step of the way. Thank you, Jumping Brook!

Augie is one of the hardest workers I met! Very knowledgeable , goes above and beyond and always does a great work ! Makes sure everyone is satisfied and work is done correctly , always checks up on his workers along sure they don’t need help ! Augie deserves a raise! We see him while going on a walk with my son , leaving for work, checking my mail ! He stops and asks if we need anything and everything is good ! Excellent worker

Disappointed . don’t be full by them sweet talk for renting or don’t have a words for the office staff. 👎🏼my machine is broken nd suffering with my baby ,Im been calling Cristina last 7 days but not answering my phone calls or emails. What service is this. They only remember for rent check and robbing you for anything. Only labor staff if friendly I’m stying here. I would say look around better rental options with good price. Im also moving out after 7 yrs. Horrified experience lately.

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for our building superintendent, Agustin T. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and well taken care of. Agustin is always professional, reliable, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. He handles every request with efficiency and a positive attitude, and it’s clear he takes real pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and genuinely caring about the community they serve. We’re very fortunate to have Agustin managing our building, his hard work and professionalism truly make a difference every day. Agustin is a genuinely a great man who truly cares about the people in our community. His kindness, respect, and willingness to help make the building feel like home

Honestly, this place is incredibly frustrating. I’ve had numerous issues, but the most frustrating one is the damage and vandalism to my vehicle. I requested a review of the camera footage from that day, even specifying a four-hour time window when I believe the incident occurred. However, they informed me that they don’t have the time to examine the footage. In addition the upstairs neighbors constantly violate the terms of the lease contract agreement and I’m told “well they live here and pay rent.” So basically the lease agreement doesn’t even matter if you can break the contract with no consequences. Plus I’m told by staff that I am “aggressive” for complaining about being constantly woken up at 4-6 am and that my only option is to move out. The entire experience here has been absolute
