I absolutely loved my apartment at the Pinnacle. It was very spacious, and I immediately felt right at home. I loved that my apartment included a garage, which was nice especially on rainy days. Another of my favorite features was the walk-in shower in my bathroom. Mr. Jumper was a great help as well. He explained everything to me thoroughly because this was my first time renting my own apartment. I will never forget how he took us to the places we needed to get set up, such as the gas and water building, because we were not from Corinth. Mr. Jumper always responded to emails in a timely manner, which I appreciated. He also made sure my toiletry bag got back to me when I informed him it had been the one thing I had forgotten upon my departure. Not only did I have such a wonderful experienc

John Hayes was our very patient realtor for 6 months while we looked for a home in Tennessee and Mississippi. We had a contract on 2 different houses and had to back out after the home inspection, due to too many issues that needed repair. We finally found our perfect retirement home and closed a few days ago (August 2023). John was super nice to work with and took us to see any house we wanted to see from Jackson, TN to New Albany, MS and everywhere in between! They have been available 24 h for maintenance requests and has taken great care of the property with landscaping, pest control I had a wonderful amazing living experience at the Pinnacle for 3 years and it could not have been the best any where else. She even offered to carry us to closing because she knew Keith was sick and i no longer drive due to my eyesight.
