This realtor did very little. We sold the property ourselves, still cost me $12,000.. Sign he put up had wrong acreage and never changed it. Communication was bad. At closing when realtor was supposed to be there, that was a no show. Title company tried contacting him several times, with no reply. Total waste of money. But hey, he got his $12,000.
