This lady is a joke! We cleaned our apt top to bottom and were charged $400 for DRIP PANS they refused to show a receipt or photos and took over 3months for deposit back what was left atleast Apt was roach infested due to other tenants and they did nothing about it but one “bomb” they didn’t care about the upkeep of apts nor tenants residing in apt so beware of ur neighbors be mindful of her apt locations and the type of ppl residing there. Also to comment t dose review yes they don’t care for maintenance requests nor fix them properly we had our ceiling collapse and someone came months later n put up vent n left mess for us to clean and you could see straight thru vent so everything in attic could just come in our apt and air would be terrible to regulate as it was an open vent to attic
