We had the pleasure of being forced to use them as our realtor due to the house we wanted was listed by them. They don’t deal with outside agents. On the day of final inspection they didn’t have keys. We were at the house for over an hour. The realtor drove to the house of the seller he wasn’t home. We tried to delay closing but my realtor forced use to do a quick inspection I literally had 5 minutes due to having to go to the closing in Albany. Never use a realtor that works in the sellers favor. They have no loyalty to you. After that day no thank you gift at closing not even a thank you note. UPDATE: Joelle, my realtor tried calling you multiple times it wasn’t until I called and you then told me that you don’t split the commission. On closing day you did apologize however learning la

From beginning to end we had the best experience with renting an apartment from Joelle. She was able to find exactly what we needed in our budget in perfect time. We even went to the office and everyone was so friendly. I can tell that any negative review was just someone who couldn’t get their way… because we NEVER had issues with this amazing company.
