Jubilation by Silver Companies

Jubilation was the first and only place that I looked. I'm glad that my daughter and I decided to come here. The entertainment is fantastic. The food is good. They help is great My apartment is the right size for me. I'm not a very good housekeeper and it shows. So this way I don't have much to have to clean. I enjoy my apartment as do my two cats.

The staff here is friendly and warm, professional and caring. I am thankful for the many opportunities to be with others, to make friends, to learn, to share in good times and sad times, to enjoy music, playing cards, doing craft activities, hearing informative lectures and many other things. I am glad my son found Jubilation for me so I could be closer to him after my husband’s passing. I’m glad to be here!

Though the staff, in particular Shya, the kitchen staff, and the maintenance crew are extremely helpful and accommodating, the chef left, and the food is more of a miss than a hit. It's the second chef that left in the last year, and they're having trouble finding a new one since I've lived here (April 2025). When the rent includes food, it's difficult to rationalize the cost. Further, the Director does not keep the community informed. I have also seen the advertisements and I can't imagine why there is such an increase in price lately, when they have struggled this last year I have been here (food was mostly inedible, outdoor pool was not heated and algae-ridden). Because this is an aging community, people have different needs, unlike a regular apartment, where standards hit most residen

First of all it is a beautiful facility. The members are friendly and welcoming. I was fortunate to immediately meet a few ladies and gentlement that I already consider friends. For me, living here life has again become more interesting and active. The three words that I would use to describe my living here are Uplifing, Interesting and Active.

I haven’t lived here that long but I love it. It’s wonderful and beautiful! I am diabetic and anemic and they’ve helped me get my nutrition back on track. Lily and Benji are particularly special to me!
