Juab Title was great! Got us what we needed, were very kind and professional, and managed a fairly chaotic closing very well! Closing was at a seller's house, with buyer, buyer's family, cobuyer, lender, and seller all crammed around an undersized table with moving boxes all around. It could have been crazy but was just fun and exciting!
