All communication is handled in a timely, no nonsense way. I cannot write this review without mentioning Ha, his wife and partner. Bryan is a top realtor in the area, to become the best he has to be selective on how to allocate his time. He is extremely upfront with his no nonsense candor. I was taken aback at first but glad we selected him because in the end he will get the house you want and give you his unmatched insight in the area. He will go to bat for you on negotiating the best outcome in this sellers market. No matter what you do in life you'll always get people that will complain and disapprove, by sticking to his style and uncompromising professionalism to actual clients who will buy or sell and not waste his time, Bryan needs to separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak.
