We have our home on the market in Coral Springs with an older roof and we asked for an objective, quality inspection of our roof to determine the condition & if it would need an immediate replacement so that we could figure out our next course of action, if needed. Never ideal to list with an older roof, but our move was a bit unanticipated, and it was very important to us to hire a proficient inspector who would be honest with us about the good, the bad, and the ugly, so that we can be up front with potential buyers, in good faith. We had our home inspected prior to buying it a little over a year ago. We trusted JT to provide us with an accurate and honest inspection. Instead we were lied to at every corner. We actually got our money refunded for the inspection. It was stated that the insulation was 9" (minimum for houses in our zone) we had 3" so we lost a ton of energy from that. Every thing the prior owners did to cover up the many problems this home has were missed by the sloppy inspection. He didn't inform us that the home at a TON of termite evidence in the attic either. Our HVAC is FULL of mold--even though we didn't have a mold inspection done, *every* professional in the mold remediation process that we have had through our home said that the substantial mold in the handler should have been caught by the

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Lazy inspector. Uses no technology and is extremely UN professional. I HAVE THOUSAND OF DOLLARS OF MISSED ISSUES. Says he is a termite inspector and is not! Says he is a roof inspector. He is not!!! Most other inspection companies bring out a third party exterminator and third party roofer to due inspection. Not JT. There are many other companies out there. There is a reason why he is so cheap! Do yourself a favor and just call the next company on your list!!! I used him for a house Inspection before purchasing a home. Four point was done wrong, had to re do and call an electrician cause he is lazy! Same with wind mit, panels old and not up to code. Never mention of any of that in inspection. Termite dust everywhere and termite bait sites outside
