Recently had a real-estate appraisal performed by Matt prior to putting a property on the market. Matt did an excellent job and was very professional. Promptly answering all of our questions on how the condition of the property was determined in layman's terms. This helped us to identify and affect repairs before putting the house on the market. My wife and I recently listed our house for sale but were getting different opinions on the value due to some unique qualities of our home and our neighborhood, as well as the changing market.
