Joule Plaza Apartments

Joule plaza was the best place I’ve ever lived. From the design and cleanliness of the rooms, to the amazing amenities, to finally and almost more importantly management. I live at joule plaza for almost three years. The location is perfect. Downtown St. George. Huge park right across the street. Brand new pickleball court with lights. Amazing pool and hot tub complex. The gym has everything you need. Helps save gym membership prices every month. Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly. Marianne and Kooper are rockstars. Excellent at communication and establishing a community and close knit environment. They made my time here comfortable and amazing. I was lucky to have stayed here. Thank you!!!!

It’s been a month and I really like it here. Everything is very very clean. I’ve seen many reviews about mgmt and all the rules, but in order to have a nice place it kind of has to be like that. It is nice it is to have everything working and clean. Very quiet. Hot tub 102. If I had one complaint it would be about the grills. They really need the guts replaced. A small inconvenience all in all. Update: they completely replaced the grills. I feel like I live in a hotel tbh.

Lived at joule plaza for 1 whole year. Expect to hear your upstairs neighbors talking and hear them walk. You can hear when the neighbors flush the toilet and the water running behind the pantry. Your $500 security will not be returned In full even if you clean really good and made sure nothing is broken. Will never come back. Management was eh. Never came to fix anything.

I love living here so much. Me and my girlfriend have been living here for the past couple months in a cute one bedroom apartment and couldn’t be more happy. It’s a little expensive but it’s affordable when splitting the rent. The carpets indoors are always clean and the property is so beautiful. I love the view of the pool from my window. I can’t tell you how often our cat just stares at the view. If you’re looking for something boujie but affordable, I definitely recommend moving here.

I loved living here! As a young female it can be tough finding an apartment where I feel safe and respected- Joule definitely was this kind of place. Marianne is a wonderful property manager and runs a tight ship- if you don’t play by the rules to keep the community friendly and clean, she’ll communicate it to you. The amenities are wonderful and Will (and his team) do a spectacular job with keep everything running. Any time I needed a new dishwasher/ stove repaired/ shower fixed, he was there day of or next day. This is a place of mature and hard working people, and i’d definitely move back :) Also- there is a delicious local bakery right underneath!
