She is professional, knowledgeable, personable and always available to talk or text. She staged the home online so nicely that it caught the eyes of many parties wanting to see the property. Then using her outstanding communication and negotiating skills we were able to receive multiple offers from potential buyers in a difficult market. Josie made me feel like I was her highest priority because she was always quickly responsive and cordial and made what I thought would be a difficult process flow smoothly.

Josie Stewart is a wonderful Realtor. We needed a house big enough for our business. She able to show us enough homes to choose from. We got we what we wanted. Then mom got sick and had to move to a senior facility. The sale of her house was easy because of Josie Stewart. She communicates with you every step of the way. Her experience is a wonderful asset to have.

Josie was fantastic from beginning to end. She was helpful, knowledgeable, honest and attentive. Josie went out of her way on several occasions to make sure that I was getting everything I wanted in a home. It was an extremely scary process of building from across the country, but her professionalism helped me to feel comfortable. If there was ever a question Josie couldn't answer, she used her team as a resource and they were extremely helpful as well. Before deciding on our builder, Josie and her team did extensive research and always kept me up to date on new homes that became available or builders with properties/lots I would be interested in. I cannot rave enough about this company and my agent. It is refreshing to find a trustworthy and truly caring real estate company. I fel
