I live out of state, so his knowledge of local resources was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make a lot of the arrangements for me. Justin was exceptionally efficient and helpful to us every step of the way in selling our condo. He suggested a better price than any of the other realtors and sold in record time for a great price. He took care of everything and got the ball rolling for us WHILE ON VACATION ACROSS THE COUNTRY and kept in touch throughout. His established connections and relationships around town were also of great help for any needed repairs, movers, attorneys, etc. All in all were so happy we chose Justin to handle our sale. Very bad experience.. he was an hour late to our appointment, then shows up unapologetically and silent through the whole tour. Just walked through the house and flicked on a couple of lights. Very bad experience.
