This is in response to Tracy Perina's review. I was hired by her Lender to perform the final inspection on this new construction home. My point of access was her Realtor, Kelli Taylor with Bluewater Realty. I had spoken with Ms. Taylor several times regarding when the home would be finished & ready for inspection as there had been delays. We spoke on the day of inspection to confirm my appointment & again after I had inspected it. The report was due to my Client by end of day & it was on time. Ms. Taylor also verified that the Lender had everything they needed.

Julie never showed up for my final closing after saying she would be at our property at a certain time. My closing WAS scheduled for tomorrow now we cant! When you call her number it goes straight to voicemail and the office number’s mailbox is full. DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISAL COMPANY THEY WILL DELAY YOUR CLOSING & JULIE LIES!
