This corporation (as you can imagine) has exploited the safety and care of its tenants for the past two years I’ve been with them. Their properties are very much in disrepair and only when someone is harmed and they [Josam] face liability do they respond/repair. My partner and I have lived in one of their buildings for two years now and there has been no genuine efforts towards maintaining the buildings failing standards. We are constantly promised repairs (rooftop door locks, front door lock, elevators and waste management) but nothing has been done on their part to meet the needs of their tenants—in fact they often fight with their tenants and refuse them services if they don’t agree with requests. This place is known as goder realty and due to them not fixing a leak I am now planning the funeral of my sister because the entire cieling fell on her then they had the audacity to state it was her fault their own workers have said they don’t repair until liability is being faced stay far away from these scum bags
