Jordan's Branch Apartments

Lived here with my partner for one year as our first home in RVA and the first tenants in the space. I’ll try to provide as fair and honest an assessment as I can. I’d give somewhere between a 3 and 4 star if I could, but I giving a 3 here due to general greed and lack of answers whilst penny-pinching us. Pros: The community itself is awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood, folks are approachable, and the community is beautifully maintained. The library across the street is a perk. Overall, it is a nice community for young professionals to live. The home itself included all of the modern amenities you’d expect in a luxury condo. We enjoyed that we had access to the same amenities available in Wellsmith and Penstock Quarter communities. The location is pretty great too. Less than a 15 minut
