My son lived in these apartments for 1 year. He is a hard working young man just starting out in life and always paid his rent early. He never hung anything on the walls while living there. Per the contract he turned in a 60 day notice in writing of his decision to not continue with the lease and move. After moving out he was advised by the manager that he left the apartment "move in ready". The same manager advised me of the same on two different occasions. When stopping after approximately 2 1/2 months after he moved to inquire about why he had not received his deposit was advised by the same person that the owner was returning $3.67 of the $410.00 deposit due to a charge of $100.00 for carpet cleaning and $300.00 for paint.
