Feedback to Bold Coast Realty When Sellers are outright FIRM on a sale price, why not clearly advertise the firm $ price on the For Sale sign on the property and in the MLS listing? We were encouraged by a Bold Coast agent to submit a first offer on a property and later followed on with a counter offer, only to waste valuable time with a Seller that had no intention to negotiate. This recent experience is a first and last for us with Bold Coast. We cannot trust property is honestly represented by the Broker.
Spent weeks looking for the perfect home with these 2 awesome people. If they see a potential issue with your listing they will fight to make it perfect. Find your slice of Maine through them, you won't regret it!
