When I started looking I was so excited. Was shown the homeowner referred program. My sister bought a house right next door to me and I never got anything for it even asked several times through the process. Then not even in the house a year and things are already falling apart and nobody reaches out. Pretty home but cheap work done. Have had a few issues with the HOA company that is running it because they don’t hear any of our concerns.
