Jonasvar is a great management company. Will Jenkins is a caring, honest man of high integrity. When he came to our bldg we were falling apart. He worked for 6 months free! He took the bldg out of debt and had a new elevator installed (finished after he left), a state-of-the-art gym, a new keyless entry, and facilitated the building's gas conversion. There was much more pending...He was always available and willing to go beyond. It seems to me that people are never satisfied and allow personal feelings to interfere with what's important. He is not Superman. I write this because I know he did the best he could, cared about the bldg and residents, and left our building better than many others in our community.

Jonasvar management company is a great company. Will Jenkins the CEO of Jonasvar is very professional, personable and innovative regarding improving and increasing our property and it's value. When Jonasvar took over management of our property we were deep in debt but Mr Jenkins worked tirelessly around the clock to help bring us from the abyss to being financial solvent and making us a property that others in the Bronx have to compare to. He and his staff have been totally committed to maintaining a clean and well maintained property respectfully and professionally at all times. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Jenkins and I recommend Jonasvar management highly.

Jonasvar is a Bronx local property management whose community oriented and is very dedicated. He managed our community after the sponsor left us with millions in debt, millions of infrastructure repairs and millions in arrears. Jonasvar came in ready to move our community forward and brought innovative ideas and projects to help us. He was always professional, hardworking, accessible 24/7 and willing to help. Jonasvar is local management company who is all about the community. The community issues Shorehaven had were there before Jonasvar came in and are still around after Jonasvar. Jonasvar came in to help the property organize itself, structurally, financially and more importantly help move us forward. The problem was people who didn't pay their bills and wanted to have charges removed for being irresponsible. Jonasvar didn't make those decisions they were board decisions. Disgruntle Homeowners like Mr. Geits chose to bash Jonasvar because he couldn't bash the board. Now he's bashing board members on a platform that's irrelevant. People need to be professional and not petty. Mr.Geits is an emotional writer who speaks with no facts. My advise is Jonasvar's reputation speaks for itself
