I would definitely recommend Johnson and Wilson for your real estate needs. Our Realtor, Kristi Andrew’s was there every step of the way. She stepped in for me when I had to go out of state for my father’s funeral. She was in constant contact with me, not only regarding the house but also regarding my wellbeing from loss of my father. Kristi far exceeded what was expected from a realtor. I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We use Johnson and Wilson real estate company a few years ago when we had already gone through several agents who said that we were upside down and our house and may not get full asking price. We use one of Johnson Wilson's agents Tiffany and she was amazing she not only got his full asking price but a little above full asking price and sold our house in 30 days. We were so happy with the results. She was very professional sat down and spoke with us on a level that we could understand and made the process very easy. She then helped us find the perfect home for what we were looking for for our family. She took the time to really get an idea of what we wanted and found us the perfect home at an amazing price. I highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking to buy or sell a home.

We had an awful experience- from beginning to end- with this company. We were informed that they do not represent rentals in unsafe areas, and since we were moving from AZ to SC, we made the mistake of trusting them. We moved in and quickly found out the area was not safe. (There were multiple shootings behind our house.) The company owner, Tiffany, handled the situation in an unprofessional manner. (Without going into all the details, Tiffany was disrespectful— and dishonest.) To sum up the whole experience: they were basically nice until we signed the papers, then the facade quickly faded. We have since bought a house, but *renters/buyers beware*. This is the only real estate company we’ve ever had problems with. We were lucky to have Sarah Horst in our corner for both selling our home in 2021 and buying a home in 2022. It is a challenge to buy a home anywhere in the USA. Buying a home in Charleston is especially difficult. The process can be frankly awful. However, Sarah reassured us through the market and was alway prompt in replying to all of our questions.
