My first thought when I was thinking of selling my mobile home was to give June Johnson a call. June had been the realtor when we purchased it over 25 years ago. In that time we had seen the Bayside sign in different windows and knew friends and two family members who had purchased their mobile home with June's assistance. June is very professional and does her best whether you are buying or selling. I would highly recommend June to anyone I know who is in the market.

Really enjoyed working with June and Alba , my only wish is that the seller of house we were interested in would’ve accepted our offer , they deserve to be paid for their knowledge and expertise . We will continue to work to finding a suitable home with their help. We bought our house with them twenty years ago and were more than satisfied with how they helped us and it is still incredibly satisfying working with June and Alba.

June Johnson is a horrible realtor I would run the other way if you are doing business with her. She had my mother in laws property to sell she showed it 8 times and everyone she showed it to she was 30 to 40 minutes late everyone complained. The people that bought the property I showed it to them because she was late she never met them till they signed the purchase and sales. But she was on time to get her $5,100.00 commission check. She is horrible she is two faced talks one thing to client then another to buyer. Be careful I was warned by many people in my mother in laws park not to go with her and made the wrong decision TAKE WARNING a very unhappy former client

No knowledge of current trends and location data...wouldn’t give them a listing if they were only game in town...might sell your house fast...but for THOUSANDS under current market value.. look elsewhere
