Eagle pond is basically Section 8 housing tucked into a golf course. Non responsive management that will take your money. When I was handed the keys, I was already told the dishwasher would need replacement, which they did with the cheapest model possible. I also quickly found out the microwave, garbage disposal did not work, and refrigerator leaked water with rust on the inside. It took 6 months of correspondence until they finally agreed to give me a $700 allocation to get a small one on my own. The shower drain was so clogged it took 2 maintenance visits to repair. With my own funds, I replaced both door knobs, the storage due to slide lock missing, and stuffed with cigarette butts inside. I had to clean animal hair, which was all inside dryer vent, and the screen door wouldn't eve

We purchased a home in Winter Haven with the assistance of Colleen Murphy. While we were still in Colorado she would send us videos of homes that we asked her to look at for us. She is very friendly, professional and skilled. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the central Florida area.

Very unprofessional Team. Sue and Steve are very jaded individuals. They are very rude. They are close friends to the Woods Family and have their jobs solely due to that relationship. They are a terrible team in the Winter Haven market. They are the only ones in the office and they are very difficult to reach and lack professional skills to follow up in a timely manner. Sue attempts to help her husband but is typically rude to clients. They are not open on Saturdays and are really not interested in working for anyone but themselves on their time table. Customer service is not part of their lifestyle. They cannot keep any other employees in the office due to their personalities. Cypress Wood Golf and Country Club is a terrible development and the Golf Course is struggling to stay

We've lived in Cypresswood over 16 years. We've rented, purchased and recently sold a home through Steve Smith. He's very knowledgeable and patient. We've always found Steve and Sue cordial and helpful.

The worst office I have ever visited, no communication, almost stayed without a home because I believed I was being helped. Thank God I now have a great place. There loss.
