Arianna Martinez was outstanding from beginning to end. She was incredibly responsive, took calls and emails promptly, and made sure someone was there to meet me in Boston — even during a major winter storm. The financial approval process was thorough and at times a bit involved, but Arianna stayed with me every step of the way. She was solution-oriented, patient, and worked hard to ensure everything moved forward smoothly. The John M Corcoran & Company team held the unit for me, adjusted my move-in date to help reduce overlap, and ultimately I secured two months free rent. The process was so simple and first day ww had Kyle taking me and my wife around the apartment. We were able to find our next home within 20 mins. He was very friendly and prompt in updating us on the readiness of the apartment. Stacy was the super-woman, she completed the documentation process in no time and handed us the keys even when it was on last day of the year, a big kudos to her. We lived in this community for almost 7 years and been away for an year and we are back again. We love Shrewsbury Commons because it has wonderful surroundings and nearby.

I have reached out to my property management about numerous ongoing issues at Halstead in Redbrook. The office mangers are more worried about towing cars then they are about actual issues! They expect you to pay 4000 a month for an apartment but don't feel the need to return emails about your children finding drugs in the hallway! Love the location but fed up with management! Bring back Katie she was the only who cared about this property while remaining professional and helpful! Since she left things have gone completely down hill! The staff you have now is completely unprofessional and unresponsive.

I moved in yesterday, but the process was super seamless. Got my keys in under 10 min, My building is super clean and the unit is so beautiful! It’s spacious, comfortable, tons of closet space (2 walk ins in my unit), carpets are light color and were super clean upon arrival. Balcony is spacious, kitchen is just enough space for 1 person like me. The community seems really sweet too so far, everyone says hi. This is my first experience living completely alone and I’m really loving it so far!
