I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. All they care about is the money. We rented a house on borst in which the yard was overgrown garden beds were completely not taken care of, along with they didn't do a actual walkthrough, just gave us a list to do ourselves in which we had did and somehow they didn't note anything that we marked wasn't ok. Then second issue was we had no oven due to landlord taking few months to get one. In return we received no rent off or anything for us having to buy sandwich stuff and go out to dinner. Then we recently moved out and spent many days cleaning the house and yard. Even went to the extent of giving our landlord dump fee money to only be charged double along with charged hourly for them repainting themselves in which the paint was in garage and house. Oth

It is a blessing to rent from a company like John L Scott that truly cares about their tenants. They have been understanding and compassionate with our needs. They communicate on a personal level instead of making you feel like just someone that sends them checks monthly. I've had bad experiences with rental companies in the past and Im truly grateful for the service they provide. Laura Lee is an amazing professional that proves her commitment to her tenants with each interaction we've had with her. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a rental company.

I have had a friend calling to inquire about a house for sale. Unfortunately the chehalis realestate agent has never left a message but when he finally recieved a call from John L Scott they wanted him to sell his home with them. My friend advised him that he was looking for two different friends looking to buy in the area and need one question answered about a house for sale in the area. " Is the home in a flood zone " with that they hung up on him! If this is how John L Scott Chehalis service's potential clients and ignores a potential sale for an existing seller than I would recommend not using this agency. I called to see about getting assistance with a rental or potentially using my VA Home Loan to get into some property. Sonya decided that hanging up on me DURING my explanation of needs on first call was ok. I called back thinking maybe it was disconnect but then after starting to explain my situation, she actually said, "Oh my God are you serious?" AND THEN LAUGHED AT ME!! A VETERAN WHO HAD LIVED IN THIS COMMUNITY BEFORE AND THOUGHT WE HAD DECENT PROFESSIONALS OPERATING HERE! I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE TELLING EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION!!!!!!!
