John Knox Towers Apartments

I moved into John Knox Towers in September. After living in another apartment complex for 30 years, and being 62 years of age, I had to move due to no fault of my own. I am so glad. I have been so welcomed at John Knox Towers. The residents are family, and I love my one bedroom apartment. Michelle, part of the office staff, made the transition easier for me. From the time I started the application process until current. She is such a wonderful person and is so helpful. She answered every question with patience and a smile. Believe me. I had many questions. It's so nice to see someone of her caliber. So, if you are looking for a place to live and are 55 and older, give John Knox Towers a try. Ask for Michelle.

First off I want to say. Just wanted to shout out a very special employee our Front Desk person Michelle. Michelle is the type of person that goes up and beyond for the tenants in this building. She donated her time Christmas to help tenants wrap Christmas gift gifts. She always has a smile on her face and makes everyone feel like they are valued if anything needed for John Knotts Towers is more employees like her.

Hello I am so Happy to say after 4 failed attempts of trying to reach someone at John Knox Towers my friend and I went there with no scheduled appointment and WOW what a 360 change to this apartment complex. The woman who was Not only 0n lunch break But cut her lunch short and spent over an hour with us showing us the Entire Tour. Her name is Michelle (with 2 ll's please). I explained the last time I was there and had an appointment the manager on duty had a non manager (FRIEND) show my husband and I an apartment. Answered Zero questions and only spent maybe 10 minutes with us. This time the lobby doors were locked, as they should be. The lobby was very clean and smelled clean. WOW! What wonderful change! Ms Michelle made me feel welcomed and very much at home. She answered eve
