He knew the contract really well and understood the process of selling an inherited home – I could tell he has done this many times before. John communicated with my brother and I throughout the process and I highly recommend him as your Real Estate agent if you have a home to sell in North Atlanta. If you have inherited a home and are considering selling it – you will want to talk to John Foster if you want to sell it.
