John Ricotta has been a shinning light of quality and consistency in Chatham for as long as I remember. My parents introduced my siblings and I to chatham and we have returned for years. We now bring our families from Atlanta GA and Johns properties are the perfect place to entrust your vacation.
Do not rent from this company! We are in our 70s, cannot fulfill our rental this summer due to the pandemic and Mr. Ricotta refuses to refund our fees for items such as insurance and cleaning. Obviously he is taking advantage of a situation we cannot control. Find another agency for your summer rental!
Never rent from this company. They refused to make an exception on cancellation fees due to Covid-19.
