I bought a lil house site unseen through a Joe Pyle auction; my auctioneer, Todd Short, answered all my phone calls and questions and helped me navigate this new to me experience. I won my auction and traveled almost three thousand miles home to be here, clean it up and make repairs. I’m so utterly thrilled to finally have my own home!! No names are gonna be put on here we will refer to him as the big country guy with bibs and a beard. Long story short is he started yelling and cussing at me over nothing, I was loading my own winning lots myself with a skidstear, was a little close , because they did not have enough people or equipment to get my orders from the top shelfs. Asked him at the end if he had a problem he could pull me aside and tell me like adults should, and not try and belittle me in front of everyone else there by screaming and cussing at . I also apologize for getting my equipment so close with my equipment, in which never hurt anyone or anything. Then I kinda waited on a response or possible apology. My partner and I have purchased 3 properties with Joe R Pyle and the first 2 experiences with Keith Hare were great! Keith is prompt and great at communicating. But with the third purchase, Todd was not easy to work with. He does not answer his phone. We have since been interested in numerous properties where he is the listing agent. We have tried to see several of them, but get no response or he is short and rude with us and it has caused us to miss several opportunities. Any time we work with Keith, it has been pleasant. i recommend him over anyone else.
