Joe Moretti Apartments in Miami

I went there looking for an apartment for my dad who was accepted on section 8 . The staff was super helpful, the building is in excellent shape. One of the leasing assistants I think she is called Nelmis is amazing, so friendly and kind, she answered all my questions and helped me with this process.

My mother lives here and she loves everything about it except the parking. If you have any visitors make sure you run it by the office ahead of time before their car is towed away. After my mother got out of surgery she needed my help and I come back down stairs to a missing car.

My grandmother lives there for a few years, and the administration is excellent, good customer service. They have a clean building. and they care about their residents
