Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with for putting together my mortgage. Lightning fast response times via text and email, even after normal business hours and weekends which given my job was crucial. He is great at explaining the rate he can offer and simplifying the math to compare his rate costs to other offers you may have. The house buying process is a stressful one but Joe made sure the mortgage part of the process was as simple and transparent as possible. Plus you always love when closing cost estimates are higher than what you actually have to pay on closing day.
