Joe works closely with his clients to make sure they’re completely satisfied, going to bat for you while negotiating with sellers and contractors. I am a very difficult person to please, and Joe came through by working hard to find us a wonderful home. Closing date 11/1/19 Joe took care of everything. This was our first time buying a home, and Joe walked us through every step along the way. The sellers were a bit difficult, but Joe was able to negotiate an outcome that was very favorable for us.
