Joe helped us find our first home in Florida. Moving down here from Wisconsin , we didn’t know what to expect. Joe was able to setup showings that worked with our schedules and helped us get the home we chose. Not only did he help negotiate a better price, he got the builder to throw in an epoxy garage floor to boot! Highly recommend, and I’ll use him again for a future sale or purchase.

He made purchasing a house in Naples a nightmare for us. I had to do all the research on the properties, pulling up flood zone maps, permits etc.. His negotiating skills are minimal at best. I do not usually leave a negative review like this but I felt compelled to do so. I wanted out of my agreement with him that I would work with him in Naples and when I called him to demand he cancel our agreement except for the properties he showed us he yelled at me and told me “don’t call me again”. I finally received an acceptable document after three attempts that ended our agreement. We ended up cancelling our contract on a house we really wanted because of the way he wrote up the contract and other issues we had with him. He did not have our best interests at heart, only his own and making a comm
