I just want to take a moment to recognize Patty and Hillary, the managers at Maple Courtyard. They are truly kind, professional, and attentive. Anytime there is a small issue, they respond quickly and make sure it gets resolved. They don’t overlook the little things, which really makes a difference.They also work hard to keep the complex clean, organized, and well maintained. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the overall environment. It’s reassuring to know we have managers who are responsible, approachable, and committed to keeping Maple Courtyard a great place to live.

I moved out of my apartment after 9 years and experienced issues with my security deposit return. My deposit was not returned within the 21-day period required under California law, and I did not receive an itemized statement of deductions within that timeframe. A portion of my deposit ($180) was later withheld for a cleaning fee. Before moving out, I had the apartment cleaned and all nail holes patched. I was not provided with a cleaning invoice or receipt. I have since learned that the unit is undergoing significant renovation, including removal of flooring and other construction. Given the length of my tenancy and the condition in which I left the apartment, the deduction was surprising. I hope this feedback encourages clearer communication and compliance with security deposit timeli

The complex is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Everything feels organized and taken care of, which really makes a difference for residents and visitors. Ana , the property manager, does an excellent job. She is professional, respectful, and always willing to help. She communicates clearly, handles situations efficiently, and genuinely cares about keeping the community running smoothly. It’s easy to see that her hard work and attention to detail contribute a lot to the positive environment here.

I’m moving into a 1BR apartment in Covina, and I have to say, working with Yulitza has been an absolute blessing. She is incredibly professional, communicative, and responsive, and she always makes sure I’m informed every step of the way. Every question I had, she answered thoroughly, and she took care of all my requests with genuine care. Her friendliness and attention to detail made this whole process so easy and stress-free. It truly makes a difference when someone in her role goes above and beyond for residents, and that’s exactly what she does. I’m so grateful for her help during this transition. Just moved in about a month ago at the 1031 Anaheim apartments and ana has been really sweet and helpful during the process. If you need help with anything she does her best to work with you and is always kind. The apartments are small studios but when its just you its kinda perfect tbh, and omg i haven't seen any bugs either thats been a huge plus!!
