These property managers have got to be the worst. I live in the Larrson apartments in Amarillo, Texas. It's a 100-year-old building that they cannot keep up elevators don't work and it's the 7 floor building. Doesn't matter how clean your apartment is you're always going to have cockroaches one night I was sleeping a cockroach got on my bed and got it into my mouth and I had to cough it out of my mouth now that's disgusting I was mortified how does that even happen. And the year and 3 months that I've lived here I might have gotten hot water 2 months maybe 3 months tops, getting hot water here is like winning the lottery. Lucky enough for me I get to move out in January. These owners want to collect rent but don't have the money to fix a place to where people can live in a decent apartmen

Like other reviews have said, if I could give 0 stars I would. JNB should not be managing properties. We were told move in day was August 1, 2021. We moved in to a house that was absolutely filthy with a LONG list of things broken, dirty, or missing. Honestly it is just too many items to list in a review, so I attached a picture of just a few items that needed fixing. We have been contacting them nearly every day since day 1 with barely any communication. It took them 2 weeks just to fix the cracked toilet and the other leaking toilet (leaking onto the floor from the bowl, GROSS). It has been almost a month since move in and we have still not had the fridge water fixed, the stove knob that controls the burner fixed (it will say off but remain on, VERY serious issue).
