Family run building. Feel so safe here. They all treat me with a lot of respect, and I'm so grateful to them. I recently fractured my femur and the youngest landlord help getting my ID so the hospital knew my name. Also, he came to check on me when I came home. And I appreciate the "super", because he is! He too assisted in feeding my animals. He works so very hard. We've been here nearly 10 years.

Absolute nightmare of a building management company. There has been a heavy flowing constant roof leak every time it rains (pouring out of electrical sockets, lights, and the molding near the window) and they refuse to make any repairs. Apart from the leak, there have been issues with bed bugs, mold, and an overall cheaply-done renovation to qualify for higher rent which is slowly falling apart by the day. Please stay far, far away.

Horrible management. We had a roof leak for the entire two years we moved there, which got worse and worse until pieces of the roof started to come down, and then we didn't get back our security deposit. When I tried to tell them that a problem with the front door not closing all the way that they tried to fix was still a problem, they insisted that I was wrong and it was fixed. There's a lot more landlords in Brooklyn, go with another one.

Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. They discriminate and pick/choose who they want to rent to regardless of qualification. You can make a million dollars and have perfect credit and they will deny you.
